NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility: The 12 Weeks of Christmas Savings Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
a. employees of CommunityAmerica Credit Union (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers or employees;
b. officers, employees or agents of any organizations directly involved with this Promotion, including any co-sponsor of the Promotion;
c. immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) and (b) above.
2. SPONSOR: CommunityAmerica Credit Union 9777 Ridge Drive, Lenexa, KS 66219 (“Sponsor”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins October 3, 2011 at 12:01am Central Time (“CT”) and ends December 11, 2011 at 11:59 pm CT (the “Promotion Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified. Sponsor’s computer will be the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

5. Submit an Entry: To participate in the Promotion:

a. entrants will be automatically entered when participants join Sponsor’s BlogFrog Community web page, which can be accessed through www.blogfrog.com/12WeeksofChristmasSavings (“Blog Frog Community Page”), or by scanning the QR code on Promotion posters found in any Sponsor branch location; or
b. entrants will be automatically entered when entrant mentions Promotion while opening a Sponsor account at any Sponsor location (including opening an account at www.cacu.com) during Promotion Period. Opening an account is not required to enter Promotion; opening an account does not increase your chances of winning.
c. as an Alternative Method of Entry, entrants may mail a 3x5 index card that includes your name, date of birth, address, best contact number and/or email address (if applicable), your desired savings goal for the Promotion, and your signature to the following address:

Limit one (1) entry per person during Promotion Period. Any attempt to exceed the maximum number of entries, whether through use of multiple e-mail accounts or any automated system or by mail may result in disqualification. All received entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, altered, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be void. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the person demonstrating to Sponsor’s satisfaction, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, that he or she is the party responsible for submitting 3 x5 entry or is the authorized holder e-mail account, will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized holder of the e-mail account” is the natural person assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other similar organization to the email address used to post the comment.

6. Prizes: A total of twenty-one (21) prizes (“Prizes”) to be awarded to randomly drawn winners as listed below:

a. One (1) VISA Gift Card Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) valued at $500.00; and
b. Twenty (20) Periodic Prizes (“Periodic Prizes”) ranging in value from $10.00 to $50.00, which may include restaurant/dinner certificates, gas station gift cards, grocery store gift cards, food items and/or entertainment passes.
i. Periodic Prize Winners will still be eligible to win Grand Prize. Entrants are only eligible to win one Periodic Prize during the Promotion Period.

The odds of winning Prizes depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
7. Grand Prize Winner Selection: Sponsor will select one (1) Grand Prize Winner at random on or about December 12, 2011 ("Drawing Date") from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win. Periodic Prize Winners are eligible to win Grand Prize. If multiple entries from one entrant are selected in the random drawing, all but the first of such entries will be ineligible and alternate potential winners will be selected at random.
8. Periodic Prize Winner Selection: A total of twenty (20) Periodic Prize Winner drawings (“Periodic Drawing”) will be conducted during Promotion Period. The Periodic Drawings will be comprised of:
a. random drawings from eligible entrant pool that exists at time of each Periodic Drawing throughout Promotion Period; and
b. random drawings from eligible entrant pool that exists at time of each Periodic Drawing will occur as advertised on Sponsor’s BlogFrog Community Page throughout Promotion Period.
Periodic Prize Winners are still eligible to win Grand Prize. Participants are only eligible to win one Periodic prize during the Promotion Period.

9. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable, and no cash substitutes for prizes are available, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute different prizes of comparable value. Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and conclusive in all matters relating to the Promotion. Applicable local, state, and federal taxes and any customs charges or tariffs on prizes are the sole responsibility of and must be paid by the winner(s).

10. Prize Notification and Delivery: Each Periodic Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner will be notified by the email address or best contact number (for mailed entries) listed on the entry form after each Periodic Prize drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing Date. Each potential winner may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, as well as a publicity release, except where prohibited by applicable law. Failure to return a signed affidavit and release of liability prior to accepting delivery of the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize, except where prohibited by applicable law. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. If for any reason a potential winner cannot be reached after the third (3rd) day that a reasonable attempt has been made, or does not return a signed affidavit and release, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner, selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. The prize will be sent to a shipping address designated by entrant. Allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for delivery. Failure to comply with any term or condition in these Official Rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All potential winner(s) may waive their right to receive a prize, in which case an alternate winner will be selected in the manner described above. The reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). If required, any applicable forms will be filed with the appropriate taxing authority.

11. Privacy: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy at http://www.cacu.com/ancillary/privacy-and-security.pdf. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.

12. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winners’ consent to Sponsor’s use of winners’ name, image, likeness, personal testimonial and city and country of residence for promotional purposes in any media or format, worldwide, without payment or consideration, including but not limited to posting winner lists online.

13. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, amend, suspend or modify this Promotion in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or obligation, if in Sponsor’s sole discretion, any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision of these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. All decisions made by Sponsor are final.
14. Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release, hold harmless Sponsor of the Promotion and each of its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; and/or 2) participation in the Promotion or any prize related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or from any prize related activity. Upon delivery of the prize to the winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize. Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion.

15. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Winners List: Sponsor will post the names of confirmed Winners online after December 12, 2011 on www.theblogfrog.com/12WeeksofChristmasSavings. Winner’s names will be posted for at least two years or as required by law.
